Special Needs students (adults and children) can benefit from
practising Chi Kung.  Wings School in Cumbria have embraced the
concept of doing Tai Chi to help with behaviour to such an extent it
is on the curriculum and time table.
Students attending St Nicholas School, Chippenham (Wiltshire) have had two blocks
of 6 weeks doing chi kung with Andy Wright.  One block was April 2008 and the
second was April 2009.  The time delay in returning was due to finding funding
streams to pay for the hour long sessions.

Also benefiting from chi kung were students from Ashton Street School in Trowbridge
(Wiltshire).  During 2008 the students attended several sports Events that included
chi kung sessions with Andy Wright.
Wiltshire Council Adult Resource Centre in Salisbury (Wiltshire) employed Andy
Wright to deliver weekly sessions to attendees of the centre.  All of the attendees
have some degree of mental incapacity.  Classes ran from September 2008 to
March 2009.  They are continuing now with participants from the Amesbury
(Wiltshire) Resource Centre, until August 2010.
IF YOU ARE AN ADULT EDUCATION MANAGER OR RESOURCE
CENTRE COORDINATOR PLEASE CONTACT US FOR DETAILS OF
HOW YOUR ATTENDEES CAN BENEFIT FROM SESSIONS.
The Mill Race Centre in Calne (Wiltshire) have been having monthly sessions of
Chi Kung.  The attendees have a variety of disabilities and the
provision is funded through Social Services.
